Cancellation Policy

Lina's Play Space is a safe, fun, and educational environment for children. The policy is designed to ensure a positive experience for all participants. Here are the key points of the policy: Safety and Supervision: All children must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian. Children will be supervised at all times by trained staff. Emergency contact information must be provided and kept up to date. Health and Hygiene: Sick children should not attend. Children showing signs of illness will be sent home. Regular handwashing and hygiene practices are encouraged. Any allergies or medical conditions must be disclosed and discussed with staff. Behavior and Conduct: Respectful behavior towards staff and other children is mandatory. Bullying or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Positive reinforcement and conflict resolution techniques will be used. Activities and Participation: Children are encouraged to participate in all activities but are not forced to join if uncomfortable. Activities are designed to be age-appropriate and inclusive. Feedback from parents and children is welcomed to improve the program. Meals and Snacks: Healthy snacks and meals are provided. Parents can send food if preferred, ensuring it is nut-free. Children must remain seated while eating. Fees and Payments: Payments must be made in advance. A refund policy is available for cancellations with sufficient notice. Late pickup fees may apply if children are not collected on time. Communication: Regular updates will be provided to parents about their child's progress and activities.
