  3. Baby and Me Yoga: A gentle yoga session designed for parents and their babies to bond and stretch together, focusing on postnatal recovery and infant development.

Our Yoga programs combines the magic of stories with the physical and mental benefits of yoga, designed to engage children’s imagination and promote mindfulness.

Each session involves a unique story that guides the yoga practice, making it a fun and enriching experience. 

Class Example

Class 1: The Jungle Adventure
Explore the jungle and meet animal friends through poses like Downward Dog and Cobra.

Class 2: Under the Sea
Dive deep into the ocean with fish, dolphins, and seaweed poses.

Class 3: Space Journey
Travel through space and become stars, rockets, and astronauts.

Class 4: Magical Garden
Discover a garden full of flowers, butterflies, and trees.

Class 5: The Enchanted Forest
Meet forest creatures like deer, owls, and squirrels through yoga poses.

Class 6: Dino World
Step back in time to the land of dinosaurs with mighty T-Rex and gentle Brontosaurus poses.

Class 7: Fairy Tale Castle
Live in a castle with knights, dragons, and fairies.

 

Each class is one hour long and includes a story that guides the yoga practice, incorporating poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to make yoga accessible and enjoyable for children.
